USPA MEET: SMG’s March Mayhem
LOCATION: SMG POWERLIFTING, 1401 Front Street Yorktown Heights NY 10598

This meet is a RAW/RAW CLASSIC FULL POWERLIFTING meet only,
Every participant will have to Squat, Bench, and Deadlift.
Competition Bars will include:
20kg eleiko bar for Squat and Bench
20kg texas deadlift bar for Deadlift
This meet is open to all powerlifters with a current USPA membership. There is no qualifying total required.
Note, we will NOT be selling USPA memberships at the meet. If you do not already have a current USPA membership, you can purchase one here.
If you have applied for your USPA membership and you do not yet have your membership #, you may still register for the meet. Just write ‘membership pending’ in the appropriate fields.
Men: 114, 123, 132, 148, 165, 181, 198, 220, 242, 275, 308, 308+

Open, Junior 13-15-, 16-17, 18-19, 20-23, Sub master 35-39, Master 40-44, 45-49, etc.
This competition is sanctioned by USPA. USPA rules will be followed and enforced. More information can be found here: USPA LIFTER’S HANDBOOK
Raw division: requires a one-piece singlet, and allows 4-inch-wide buckle or lever belt (No Velcro belts or padding on the inside of the belt), wrist wraps can be up to 1 meter, and single layer knee sleeves. Over the calf long socks required for the deadlift for all lifters.
Classic Raw Division (Knee Wraps): is RAW except it ALLOWS up to 2.5-meter Knee Wraps for the squat.
*One-piece singlet must be worn, as a minimum for all lifters. Underwear must be "V" type legless aka "tighty whities",
or jockstrap. No compression shorts or spandex allowed.
One Session Begins at 9:00 am

Early weigh-in & Equipment Check: Friday from 9am-8pm*
Saturday weigh-in & Equipment check: 7:00 am - 8:00 am
Saturday weigh-in by appointment only. Contact Meet Director.
Rules Briefing/Warmup: Saturday, 8:00 am
Lifting Begins: Saturday, 9:00 am
Open: 1st - 3rd place in each weight class
Junior (13-15, 16-17, 18-19, 20-23): 1st - 3rd place in each weight class and age group
Sub master (35-39): 1st - 3rd place in each weight class
Master (40-44, 45-49, etc.): 1st - 3rd place in each weight class and age group.
Best Lifter: Any division with 3 of more lifters.
$90 per lifter, add $30 if entering additional divisions
$75 for college or high school students with school ID.

Payment of entry fees will be accepted by Credit Card. Entries will not be considered final until your payment has been received.
March 11, 2017. There will be a $20.00 late fee after this date. No entries will be accepted after March 15, 2017.
